With a total of 12 departments, the region has very diverse landscapes: high mountains, gorges, forests, moors and lakes are present.

For the most courageous, survival courses are organized in the heart of the Périgord Noir. As you get closer to the ocean, you will find surf lessons in Capbreton, fishing courses in Arcachon or jet-ski sessions in La Rochelle. For those who prefer indoor activities, go to Lacanau for an escape game! Finally, take a hike during a hot air balloon flight in Charente and for thrill-seekers, take the direction of Mimizan and fill up with sensation during a parachute jump.
The region has an exceptional cultural heritage, partly thanks to the Châteaux de la Loire, its parks and gardens. One of the best ways to enjoy the scenery of the region is to board a hot air balloon. By day or by night, you can fly over the Châteaux de la Loire and see magnificent landscapes. Back on earth with memories in your head, get closer to Saumur for a family equestrian ride. If you prefer challenges, why not get into a karting car and face your friends?
